Privacy Policy

Leafkolo (leafkolo.com) is a free design studio for children's name art. You design a print or a mug here and order it in our Etsy shop. This page explains what data the website handles.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, email, address or payment details on this website. The child's name you type into a design studio stays in your browser to draw the preview; it is not sent to us or to anyone else. Orders and payments happen on Etsy under Etsy's privacy policy.

What we measure

• Visit statistics. A random visitor ID stored in your browser, the pages you open, the design options you pick (style, frame, size), whether you copy a design code or follow a link to Etsy, your approximate country and city (from your IP address), and your device and browser type. A one-way hash of a copied design code lets us see whether a design was later ordered; the code itself is not stored.
• Microsoft Clarity records anonymised clicks and scrolling to help us fix confusing pages. Microsoft privacy statement.
• Meta Pixel tells Meta (Facebook, Instagram) that a visit or a design action happened, so we can measure and show our ads. Meta privacy policy. You can control ad personalisation in your Meta account settings.
• Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools show us which search terms led to the site, in aggregate only.

Advertising

We advertise on Instagram and Facebook through Meta's ad tools. Our ad tools only manage our own ads and read their results; they do not access the personal data of people who see the ads.

Your choices and data deletion

You can clear the visitor ID by clearing this site's data in your browser, or block trackers with your browser settings. To ask about or delete any data connected to you, email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
